38th st or Calle 38 named by the locals as: “The most beautiful street in Playa”. You will experience a fresh walk under the shelter of the trees, it cannot be denied that it is one of the destinations that this paradisiacal place offers for those who are looking for a place that has restaurants, hotels, resorts, roof’s , coffee shops, convenience stores and one of the best beaches.
The 38th Street route begins on 5th Avenue, although it is not a large street, it takes you through a natural tunnel of trees, a view of the entrance of a semi-open cenote, small but like the main attraction of a restaurant. In addition to having a variety of places to eat, the street leads to one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen. Tip: Try to find the small house inside the cenote, this houses is for Aluxes, a local tale of small creatures. Owners of the land, aluxes need a house for permission to build.
